praderas y a su cercan\u00eda con r\u00edos trucheros, salmoneros y anguleros, le proporciona una materia prima superior para una elaboraci\u00f3n de platos de excelente calidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el puerto pesquero de Avil\u00e9s se abastece a todo el Concejo de pescado y marisco fresco con recio sabor cant\u00e1brico. Las carnes, frutas, verduras y legumbres procedentes de los valles y llanuras son tambi\u00e9n empleadas por sus establecimientos y restaurantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todo ello permite la elaboraci\u00f3n de platos tradicionales como la fabada o pote asturiano; platos como el chulet\u00f3n de ternera o de buey con denominaci\u00f3n de carne de Asturias, el bacalao, la merluza, el pix\u00edn y el marisco del Cant\u00e1brico regados con una deliciosa sidra, sin olvidarnos de ese toque \u00abllambi\u00f3n\u00bb que tenemos en Asturias y de nuestros t\u00edpicos
